I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Computing from Makerere University, which brings a unique blend of technical expertise and practical knowledge to my role. I come from a farming background and I am deeply committed to sustainable agricultural practices and I am passionate about empowering smallholder farmers to produce traceable, high-quality vanilla. My career has been focused on fostering strong farmer engagements & relationships, managing farmer data systems, and overseeing day-to-day business operations. I also have experience in Organic and Fair Trade certification processes, ensuring ethical practices are integrated into the vanilla supply chain. Throughout my work, I have been dedicated to improving the livelihoods of farmers while promoting sustainability and transparency within the industry.
