Ben Young is the Business Development Manager for Xcalibur Smart Mapping in the Africa and Middle East Region. He has over 20 years experience in the exploration industry in both technical and managerial roles. With a background in geophysics, Ben is passionate about bringing his experience and technical knowledge to assist countries in leveraging their natural capital to drive investment and job creation. He also serves on Xcalibur’s ESG committee utilising data driven decisions in the upliftment of communities.
