Dr. Thomas Aiglsperger is Associate Professor in Applied Geochemistry at Luleå University of Technology (LTU; Sweden) and has worked on national and international critical raw materials (CRM) research projects for the last 15 years. In addition to his duties in research and education, Thomas is director of the Centre of Advanced Mining and Metallurgy (CAMM) at LTU. CAMM is the strategic research area for sustainable use of natural resources, funded by the Swedish government, and consists of more than 50 researchers doing fundamental basic research along the entire mining value chain.
