Magara Siragi Luyima is an Energy, Environmental and Natural Resource Economist, Program Management specialist, Researcher and Policy analyst with 13 years’ experience in extractives governance, energy governance, as well as policy analysis. Magara holds a Master’s degree in Economic Policy Management-EPM (Natural Resource and Environmental Economics bias) (MUK) and B.AEDUC (EconomicsandGeography) together with other certificate qualifications. Magara is currently working with Oxfam in Uganda (OiU) as the Energy and Extractive Industries’ Coordinator and a Member of Multi-stakeholder Group of EITI-Uganda. Magara is also a PhD candidate of Energy Economics and Governance at Makerere University.
