A graduate of political science from the University of Szczecin. He started his career in the European Union’s Institutions. From 2007 to 2010, he was Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Later, in the years 2011-2015, he held the position of Undersecretary of State, Government Plenipotentiary for WTO Negotiations and National Coordinator of Poland's Cooperation with the OECD at the Ministry of Economy. In 2015, he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In later years, active in private sector. Since February 2024, he has been the Chairman of the Management Board of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency.
