Crisphine J. Ogongo is the Deputy Director in charge of Postal and Courier Licensing, Addressing and E-commerce at the Communications Authority of Kenya. Prior to this, he was in charge of Telecommunication Licensing and Electronic Transactions at the same institution. In these roles, Mr. Ogongo has been interfacing directly with potential Information Communication Technology (ICT) sector investors, facilitating investments and driving the development and adoption of new technologies in the sector through progressive regulatory approaches at the Authority. He has over 25 years of experience in ICT regulation and regulatory reforms, which have been transformative and instrumental in the growth of the ICT sector in Kenya. Crisphine holds Master’s degree in Business Administration from Moi University, Bsc. Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from JKUAT and is currently pursuing a Msc. in ICT Policy and Regulation.
