As an insect farmer, I develop insect-based solutions for sustainable food and feed. By farming insects, we reduce waste, provide a sustainable protein source, and create opportunities for farmers (women and youth inclusive) and communities. Our solution is scalable and helps lower greenhouse gas emissions by reusing food waste.
