I am the founder and Chairman of Arcus Investments Limited, which among other activities operates the Arcus Innovation Hub in Kitwe, Zambia. I am an electrical and electronics engineer with a focus on electronics manufacturing and repairs, IoT, e-mobility and I have been involved with the Zambian mining sector in varying roles for over 40 years. For the past 15 years, I have operated a research and development organisation, working on electromechanical and electronic product development for the local market. In this role, I have mentored undergraduate engineering students and freshly qualified engineers, working closely with the local university.
