I hold a degree in Engineering and have over twenty years of professional experience within the MCA Group, primarily in the areas of civil construction, public works, and renewable energy. Throughout my career, I have actively contributed to the Group’s growth and consolidation, supporting its strategic expansion and diversification, as well as the successful implementation of large-scale projects across different geographies. My professional journey has been guided by a strong commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and the development of sustainable infrastructure that creates long-term value for communities and stakeholders. Since 2017, I have been a Member of the Board of Directors at MCA, and in 2021, I assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the International Infrastructure business. Since then, I have been based in Angola, where I lead the operational strategy and execution of a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects. My responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, optimizing project delivery, and ensuring alignment with the Group’s sustainability goals and international standards of performance and governance. One of the key milestones in my career has been the delivery of a renewable energy project portfolio totaling 370 MW, now fully operational, which has made a substantial contribution to strengthening Angola’s energy capacity and advancing its sustainable transition. These projects demonstrate the MCA Group’s ability to combine technical expertise with social responsibility, driving positive transformation in the regions where we operate. In parallel, I am overseeing the implementation of a rural electrification program covering 60 localities across inland Angola, under the Global Gateway initiative. Throughout my professional journey, I have focused on fostering local talent, building strong partnerships, and promoting knowledge transfer.
