Mutumboi Mundia is the CEO of Prospero Limited, leading efforts to drive private sector development and impact investment in Zambia. With over 20 years of experience spanning the energy sector and financial markets - in particular regulation, crisis management, forensics and business advisory, Mutumboi is passionate about contributing to Zambia's development journey. She is a recognized expert in sustainable finance and has championed several transformational projects, including development of Zambia’s green bonds framework and establishment of a multi-stakeholder working group responsible for mainstreaming green finance in Zambia. Mutumboi has led game-changing initiatives such as development of Zambia’s first Capital Markets Master Plan and establishment of the first regulatory Sandbox Framework. She is a Chartered Accountant, Chevening Scholar, an alumna of the Swedish Institute Management Programme (SIMP), and holds a master’s in Corporate Strategy and Governance from the University of Nottingham, along with multiple international certifications.
