Mr. Brian Pious Ngoma is a graduate from David Kaunda Technical High School class of 1994. Whilst there, He was the first student in the school’s history to become a club Chairperson while in grade 10. He headed the interact club for two years in a row. He is a fellow and member of the Junior Engineering Technicians and Scientists. His tertiary education includes his pursuit of a Diploma in Metallurgy at the Copper belt University in 1996. Pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law at Georgetown University in Washington in the USA. He has also taken the following courses and seminars: Certicate in Building Business Consortiums- University of Cape town 2004, Has a certicate on how to structure Public Private Partnerships in Zambia. Also has a certificate in human resources management, certicate in modern Digital Marketing Strategies from Le Meridian University in Mauritius in 2003 He also participated and represented Zambia in the Moto for Africa GSM conference in Mauritius in 2004, where he studied how to get the unconnected, connected in Africa. Has a Certifcate in Project Management and another in Monitoring and Evaluation attained from The University of Zambia in 2019. His hobbies include playing golf, quad biking, camping, and Outdoor recreation, developing new ideas with friends and bringing out the best in other human beings’ capabilities. Mr. Ngoma is a well-groomed and a warm individual with great interpersonal skills. Planet Trans Logistics LLC. 2010 to 2017: Chairman and Chief Executive Ofcer, Life’s Essentials Limited. 2018-2024: Chief Executive Ofcer, Heavy Duty Solutions Zambia Limited Mr. Brian Ngoma has attained vast experience over the years which has seen him transform Heavy Duty Solutions Zambia Limited into Zambia’s leading Innovative Infrastructure and digital solutions engineering company that specializes in the provision of practical innovative solutions and services that provide infrastructure answers to a vast number of clients which include Banks, Government Departments, Mobile Network Operators , Commercial Entities, Mining Operators, Non-Government Organizations like UNESCO, GIZ ,UNICEF and many others to mention a few. His ability to provide tailer made solutions that provide timely answers to infrastructure needs whilst keeping costs and production time low has led to a huge interests from various companies in awarding Heavy Duty Solutions with long term service contracts to provide them with modern infrastructure needs to best suit their applications. The company has a strong research and development team that keeps upgrading and changing its portfolio of products continuously to remain relevant and ahead of the competition at all times. This has resulted in the company filing 4 patents of different innovative engineering solutions at with the Patents and Company Registration Agency – PACRA. These are all key to the Zambian business landscape.
