Currently, leading the projects and partnerships of the European Training Foundation (ETF). Over 20 years of international experience in international partnerships with EU, UN, bilateral agencies and NGOs, including leading on strategic development and partnerships at an EU agency, the provision of upstream policy advice and system engineering for public-private-led skills development in both Uganda and Palestine, spearheading innovation in e-learning and mobile learning in Palestine, supporting university cooperation and digitalization in the DR Congo, coordinating humanitarian efforts in the WASH sector in Palestine and facilitating global networking and policy dialogue on urban development.
