Renier van Vuuren is CEO of Pro Green Earth and co-founder and Technical Director of Impuls Africa, with more than a decade of hands‑on experience in Zambia’s livestock and rangeland systems. He has extensive field experience working with traditional leadership and district veterinary services to support smallholder cattle herders on herd health, reproduction and regenerative grazing. Under Renier’s management, Impuls Africa has worked with 15,000 farmers in Zambia over the past two years and has extended its impact into Malawi and the DRC. Renier has trained communities, strengthened small‑stock and beef value chains, and improved husbandry and market linkages. As an entrepreneur he has built and led agri ventures and service companies in animal health, reproductive services and commercial farming, blending practical rangeland management with scalable smallholder enterprise development and reliable on‑the‑ground delivery tailored to Zambian conditions.
