I am a distinguished financial services executive with over two decades of leadership experience across six African countries. I currently the Managing Director of Absa Bank Zambia PLC, a role i previously held at Standard Chartered Bank. My expertise spans strategic leadership, financial transformation, and driving sustainable growth within the banking sector. I also serve on the boards of the International Crane Foundation and the Levy Mwanawasa Medical University Council. I previously chaired the Bankers Association of Zambia and co-chaired the Financial Sector Working Group under the Public-Private Dialogue Forum. My exceptional leadership has earned me numerous accolades, including the 2023 Africa Bank 4.0 Best CEO of the Year (SADC), 2022 Most Influential African Women Banker of the Year, and recognition among the Top 100 Women CEOs in Africa (2021). I hold an MBA from Henley Management College (UK) and i am a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Bankers.
