Changwe Kumalinga is the Chief Financial Officer of Good Nature Agro, a leading legume seed and commodity company recognized by the Financial Times as the fastest-growing company in Zambia and among the top 50 in Africa. He leads financial operations across Zambia, Malawi, South Africa,
and the USA, and provides strategic oversight to the Business Intelligence and Investment Teams. With over 15 years of experience across finance, investments, banking, agriculture, and business consulting, Changwe is a dynamic strategist committed to impact-driven growth. He holds dual master’s
degrees from the USA, an MBA (Finance) and a Master’s in Investments. Additionally, a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics (USA). He serves on the boards of Chit Chat (Neo-Bank), Higher Tactics, and formerly the American Chamber of Commerce (Zambia). Driven by the belief that rural African farmers can feed the world, Changwe is affectionately known as “Mr. Smallholder”— a name he wears with pride.
