CHABUKA JEROME KAWESHA an Independent Consultant and he is Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PACCI) - Vice President (Southern Africa). He is involved in humanitarian work through Rotary International since 1996 and a recognized Paul Harris Fellow (PHF). Current roles include Chairperson - Audit Committee, Ministry of Home Affairs and Internal Security (MoHAIS), Member - Audit Committee Ministry of Finance and National Planning (MoFNP) and Chairperson - Lusaka International Arbitration Centre (LIAC). In his Governance role he has trained more than twenty (20) State Owned Enterprise and Private Sector Boards in various corporate and regulatory governance areas. He promotes strong work ethics, strives for success holding Non-Executive Director (NED) expérience from past and current oversight roles. He has 32 years work experience. He has served and retired as Chairperson - Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA), Chairperson - National Institute for Industrial and Scientific Research (NISIR), Chairperson-Lusaka Business and Technical College (LBTC), Member-National Digital Migration Taskforce (NDMT), Chairperson-Financial Sector Development Plan (FSDP) II Payment Systems Working Group, Bank of Zambia and Member Audit Committee at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC). Other past roles include President - Zambia Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ZACCI) 2019 – 2023 and Immediate Past Chairperson (IPC) for Zambia Private Sector Alliance (ZPSA) 2019 -2023.
