I am George B. Gaybueh, Mayor of the city of Buchanan. I was born unto the union of Mr. and Mrs. Moses S. Gaybueh on September 18, 1965, in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County. I started my primary education in 1976 at the Liberian Agriculture Company School system and graduated from the Bassa High school system in 1982. I attended the University of Liberia and graduated from in 2000, with a BSc degree in Mathematics and Emohasis in Economics. During my professional career, I taught several High schools and became principal of the Basss high school. Based on my dedication to teaching, i was elected as the vice president of the Liberian Teacher association Bassa Chapter . I am a devoted christian and married with Three children.
