Sandra Razanamandranto is a senior sustainability and international development leader with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of markets, policy, and environmental standards across the private sector, NGOs and academia. She specializes in certification systems, sustainable agriculture & forestry, stakeholder engagement and responsible supply chains across Africa, Europe, and Asia especially in cocoa, timber, rubber and oil palm. During her career, she has led global teams, managed multi-country operations, and represented organisations at high-level international fora. She is currently Director of Regional Engagement and Communications at Preferred by Nature where she is a member of the Senior Management Team and leads global strategies for supporting companies, governments, and producers in meeting sustainability and regulatory requirements, including EU deforestation and due-diligence frameworks. She also serves as a Board Member of the Sustainable Rice Platform.
