I am a seasoned diplomat, public administrator, and peacebuilding expert with extensive experience in national governance and international multilateral systems. Born in Sanniquellie City, Nimba County, Liberia, my early education spanned Liberia and refugee schools in Guinea. I later graduated as valedictorian from E. Jonathan Goodridge Memorial High School and earned a BA in Political Science and an MA in International Relations from the University of Liberia. I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Public and Development Sector Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of the Witwatersrand and a PhD in Management Sciences (Public Administration–Peace Studies) from the Durban University of Technology, South Africa. I have served in multiple senior roles within the Government of Liberia, including Assistant Minister for Youth Development, Assistant Superintendent for Development of Nimba County, Special Assistant to the Minister of Internal Affairs, and Special Assistant/ Senior Political Officer at the 52nd Liberian Legislature. Internationally, I have served with the United Nations at DPPA/DPO in New York and with MONUSCO in the Democratic Republic of Congo, specializing in political affairs, governance, and peacebuilding. I am currently Liberia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to France, with concurrent accreditation to Spain, Portugal, Greece, Switzerland, Cyprus, and Monaco, and represent Liberia at the Council of Europe’s North-South Centre, the Bureau of International Expositions, and previously at UNESCO.
