Baker has led major publishing brands in the United States and Africa, including Atlanta Guest Informant, reaching over 18 million visitors annually, and founded Liberia Travel and Life and Business Liberia, the first post-war magazines instrumental in rebranding Liberia. She also serves as National Consultant to the International Trade Centre, advising on trade and tourism initiatives, and is the owner of Elizabeth Village Resort.
