Grégoire de Padirac is the CEO of Digital Africa, a Proparco subsidiary dedicated to investing in and supporting early-stage startups across Africa's frontier markets. With ten years of venture capital experience on the continent, he has been instrumental in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. He co-founded Orange Ventures MEA, where he played a key role in scaling seed businesses across the region. Before his venture capital career, Grégoire drove strategic partnerships at Orange, collaborating with startups like Deezer in the music industry. He holds a Master of Science in Management from the European School of Management (ESCP Europe, Paris) and a Master of Management from City University of London.
