Netherlands which lead him to become an International Development Expert, Public Policy Specialist and Executive Communications Consultant with a specific focus on public policy and planning. He has extensive experience in public policy ranging from design,
implementation, monitoring and evaluating in various industries including energy, education, health, governance, climate change, sports development and the cultural & creative sector. As an Independent Consultant, he has worked with the Government of the
Republic of Namibia, UNESCO, UNICEF, UNDP, EU, USAID, Namibia Institute for Democracy (NID), other Foundations and many more public, private and civil society organisations and
indigenous communities.
