About me

Head of International Market and Trade Promotion Office CNA – National Confederation of Craftsmen and SMEs Degree as Labour Consultant at the Law Faculty of the Bologna University. University studies on Economics. He started to become involved with artisan crafts and SMEs, as from 2 January 1989, with the CNA Bologna (Confederazione Nazionale dell’Artigianato e della Piccola e Media Impresa – National Confederation of Artisans and Small and Medium Enterprises). In this respect, from 1989 to February 1990, with F.N.A.L.A (Federazione Nazionale Artigiani Legno e Arredamento – National Federation of Artisans in Woodworking and Furnishings). 13 February 1990 saw the beginning of his experience in the fashion sector when he became Provincial Secretary of the F.N.A.A. (Federazione Nazionale Artigiani Abbigliamento – National Federation of Artisan Clothes Makers) which, in December 1993, split up into ANTABB (Associazione Nazionale Artigiani Tessile Abbigliamento – National Association of Artisans in Clothing Textiles), ANPEC (Associazione Nazionale Pelle Cuoio e Calzature – National Association of Leather Hide and Shoes), UNAS (Unione Artigiani Sarti e altri su misura – Union of Artisan Tailors and other producers of made-to-measure articles), ASPEL (Associazione Pelliccerie – Furriers’ Association) composing Sistema Moda CNA (CNA Fashion System), maintaining the office of Provincial Secretary for all these Associations, while at the same time being also the Emilia Romagna Regional Secretary for UNAS and ASPEL from 1994, for which he became member of the respective National Directorates. From February 1997 to February 2006 also part of the staff of the Provincial Direction of CNA in Bologna as “Internationalisation Policy Manager”. From May 1998, Regional Secretary of CNA FEDERMODA (in charge of all fashion Associations in the Emilia Romagna region under CNA). From September 2004, flanking the National Secretary in the CNA FEDERMODA. Furthermore, Manager of the Bologna CNA “Comparto Moda Immagine e Comunicazione” (Fashion Image and Communication) until February 2006. In February 2006, appointed National Manager of Unione CNA Federmoda. Appointed Head of International Market and Trade Promotion Office of CNA - National Confederation of Craftsmen and SMEs on January 2012.
