Mr. Joseph Mukendwa serves as the Interim Head of Programme and the Head of Policy, Planning & Strategy at the Namibia Green Hydrogen Programme (the Programme). With over 20 years of professional experience, 17 of which have been in managerial roles focused on strategy development and execution, Joseph has built a strong track record across multiple sectors. He previously served as Manager for Institutional Client Services at Allan Gray Namibia, where he managed institutional client relationships and business development. Before that, he was the Regional Director for the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, overseeing operations in Namibia, Eswatini, and Botswana, where he championed youth development and entrepreneurship. Earlier in his career, Joseph held several managerial roles at the Namibia Training Authority (NTA), including General Manager: National Training Fund, where he led the development and successful implementation of the National Training Fund and Training Levy. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Namibia (UNAM) and an MBA from the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST).
