Nicole Maske is a Fundraiser, Investor, Advisor and Project Developer dedicated to unlocking potential in Namibia’s business landscape. In 2022, she founded Manta Ventures to connect investors with opportunities in Namibia and support businesses through development and capital raising. Previously, Nicole spent seven years building Eos Capital, a Namibian private equity firm managing over N$1 billion across private equity, infrastructure and agri-business. Her earlier career included roles at McKinsey & Company, Liberty Life South Africa, and Old Mutual Africa and Namibia. Nicole holds an MBA from London Business School and an Actuarial Science degree from the University of Cape Town. She is also a qualified actuary and FRM® charterholder.
