Charlotte has been praised for her ability to create impact during her 25 years as a developer of ecosystems and leader of innovation organisations at the intersection between academia, industry and society. 2011-2020 she was the CEO of Sweden's largest innovation arena for food-related companies Krinova. Since 2020 she works at Lund University Collaboration where she is assigned as CEO of Future by Lund that coordinates the development of Lund Innovation District. Future by Lund is a joint innovation platform between Lund University, the City of Lund and 40+ companies. At Lund University Collaboration she coordinates large European partnerships with the Cultural and Creative Industries. She leads ekip the European Cultural and Creatives Industry Innovation Policy Platform, that develops policy recommendations that aim to establish Open Innovation as a standard in ecosystems.
