Johannes Michels serves as the Managing Director of the HyIron Group, working with a team dedicated to advancing "Green Industrialization" in Namibia. He is currently focused on the Oshivela Green Iron Project, which is transitioning from its initial pilot phase toward a planned Phase 2 expansion—an investment projected at approximately 4.5 billion Namibian dollars. His work centers on supporting the transition toward hydrogen-based iron production and contributing to the growth of climate-neutral heavy industry in Africa.
