Jessica Hauuanga currently serves as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB), where she provides strategic leadership and institutional oversight to advance Namibia’s investment and support the government’s economic transformation agenda. Prior to her appointment as Acting CEO, Jessica served as the Executive: Investor Experience at NIPDB, responsible for investor facilitation, retention, and aftercare initiatives designed to strengthen Namibia’s ease of doing business, investment climate and elevate service delivery standards. In this role, she plays a critical part in shaping service offerings that enhance investor satisfaction and service efficiency.
