Mr. Benedict Libanda is the Chief Executive Officer (of the Environmental Investment Fund of Namibia, where he has served for over fourteen years, making him one of the longest-serving SOE CEOs in the country. He holds a Master’s in Development Studies from the University of the Free State, and an MBA from Leicester University in the United Kingdom. He brings extensive experience in sustainable energy finance, with a specialization in the design of financing instruments for renewable energy, climate-resilient infrastructure, and low-emission industrial development.
