Namupa Nengola is Co-Founder and CEO of TANETA Investment, a Namibian SME producing organic, cold-pressed marula oil under the brand Pure Marula by Taneta. She leads a women-centered value chain that supports rural livelihoods while promoting sustainable use of indigenous natural resources. With over 20 years of experience across education, governance, and entrepreneurship, Namupa has successfully positioned TANETA in international markets, including the European Union. Her work focuses on value addition, market access, and building competitive, export-ready SMEs in the natural products sector. She is passionate about strengthening Namibia’s participation in global value chains and supporting inclusive, sustainable trade.
