Ms Isabella Kandjii-Chirchir holds a Master of Science in Applied Geology from UNAM, a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Geochemistry from UCT, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Chemistry from UNAM. Isabella began her distinguished career at the Ministry of Mines and Energy in December 2002. Rapidly ascending through the ranks from an Assistant Geologist in June 2003, she now holds the pivotal role of Director and serves concurrently as the esteemed Mining Commissioner, a position she has held since late October 2023.
