He is a Director of Blue Berries Namibia (Pty) Ltd and the founder of CRJ Farming CC, where he oversees a portfolio of mixed-use agricultural operations. His work integrates high-value products, livestock production, horticulture, and biomass innovation, underpinned by a strong commitment to sustainability, operational efficiency and long-term value creation for the institutions he serves. Evaristus has established himself as a key figure in building scalable, future-oriented enterprises and driving transformational initiatives across Namibia and the broader region.
