Shareen Thude is the Executive Director of the Namibia Art, Craft & Design (NACD), working at the intersection of the creative economy, cultural tourism, heritage, and enterprise development in Namibia. She leads initiatives that support artisans, designers, and creative entrepreneurs through market access, skills development, product innovation, and strategic partnerships. Shareen is also involved in the redevelopment of the historic Alte Feste as a heritage, arts, and creative industries hub. Her interests include investment and partnerships in the creative economy, particularly in cultural tourism, ethical trade, design, digital commerce, and projects that create sustainable income and employment opportunities across Africa.
