Adept at managing complex social processes and stakeholder engagement and ensuring adherence to national and international standards and best practices. Over the last 18 years, Regina has been at the forefront of Kenmare mine corporate social investment initiatives and manages the company’s community relations. With proven track record in designing of social investment projects, social risk assessments, resettlement action plans, procedures and guidelines in accordance with international standards and overseeing multimillion-dollar social processes and projects. With the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative, Regina has always been good in bringing people together, working towards common goal, leading teams and relationship building with Communities, Government at all levels and Civil Society Organizations. Under her leadership, the company has been successfully implementing 4 resettlement plans that impacted more than 220 families and more than 2500 farmers per year in the 15 host communities throughout the life of mine.
