I lead infrastructure, technology and energy businesses through growth, transformation and market expansion across Africa. Over the past 14+ years, I have led more than $150M in infrastructure projects and operations across Africa, spanning digital infrastructure, telecommunications, renewable energy and technology sectors. My experience spans greenfield market entry, multi-country operations, commercial growth, executive stakeholder management and full P&L leadership. Highlights include leading the development and launch of two Uptime Tier III certified data centres, securing $7M in enterprise contracts within the first year of operations, scaling energy access to 150,000 customers, achieving 45% market share, delivering 100%+ YoY growth, and building high-performing teams across multiple countries and functions. I am particularly interested in how organizations scale, how leaders make decisions under uncertainty, and how infrastructure can unlock economic growth in emerging markets. I regularly engage with governments, regulators, investors, development partners and enterprise customers to deliver sustainable commercial and operational outcomes.
