Doctoral Candidate in Development Studies, holding a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Business Management. A senior executive with over 20 years of distinguished experience in the Hospitality and Tourism sector, complemented by specialised training in Tourism Management at both national and international levels. He currently serves as President of FEMOTUR – the Mozambican Federation of Tourism and Hospitality, as well as President of the Maputo City Hotels Association. He is also a Board Member of SalvorHoteis Mozambique and General Manager of Pestana Rovuma. He possesses well-established technical and behavioural competencies, demonstrated through his ability to address organisational challenges at both national and international levels, particularly within the context of globalization and change management. He is deeply committed to fostering an enabling environment for the sustainable development of associations within Mozambique’s tourism sector.
