I develop and finance renewable energy and digital infrastructure projects across Africa and Southern Europe — structuring complex transactions from concept through to financial close.
I serve as President and Founding Director of Kingdom Builders Energy International, Inc. (KBEI Inc.), a Nevada C Corporation, and as Chief Operating Officer of South African Renewable Energy Advisory Partners (Pty) Ltd (SAREAP). Together, these platforms give me the institutional capability to originate, develop, finance, and execute infrastructure projects from Southern Africa to the Iberian Peninsula.
Current Projects
Mozambique Solar PV Programme — KBEI (70%) and SAREAP are co-developing a multi-phase solar PV programme in Mozambique: Phase 1 (20 MWac, Gaza Province) and Phase 2 (30 MWac, Manica Province). Structured for DFI senior debt on an 80:20 debt-to-equity basis, with long-term PPAs with Electricidade de Moçambique (EDM), targeting Financial Close Q2 2028.
EdgeNode Portugal — KBEI is strategic sponsor of a 20-node renewable-powered micro data centre network co-located at logistics hubs across Portugal (€28M capital, 19–24% equity IRR, EU Taxonomy-aligned), serving municipalities, hospitals, and SMEs with no access to GDPR-compliant local compute infrastructure.
Background
My work spans renewable energy development, corporate structuring, and cross-border capital raising across Lusophone markets — Portugal, Brazil, Mozambique, and the broader PALOP network. I hold a Portuguese passport and operate fluidly across the Lusophone business and investor community, connecting African infrastructure opportunities with European and sovereign capital.
Open to connecting with DFIs, institutional investors, EPC contractors, and strategic partners active in renewable energy or digital infrastructure across Africa and Southern Europe.
