*REPLAY* High-Level Plenary: Investment in Africa

The opening plenary brings together high-level leaders from the African and European Unions, and major financial institutions, to spotlight the EU offer: investing in Africa’s high-impact sectors. With €150 billion to be mobilised under Global Gateway, and in step with Agenda 2063, the EU is committed to connecting capital with opportunity across green energy, health, transport, agriculture, and digital transformation.

This high-level discussion sets the the tone for the Forum, and charts a path toward a stronger partnership, and shared prosperity for both continents.
