Online Information Session - Rwanda Global Gateway Investment Roadshow

This preparatory Webinar will prioritize information exchange and online networking by facilitating connections between EU DFIs, and a select number of Rwanda's strategic partners, such as the Rwandan Development Board, amongst other. It will also serve as a platform to share initial information about the pipeline of projects under consideration.

A virtual closed-door meeting provides an effective platform for pre-matchmaking and early-stage negotiations ahead of the Roadshow. By convening a carefully selected group of investors, DFIs, government representatives, and targeted companies, it enables participants to explore potential partnerships, align expectations, and identify concrete areas of interest in a structured and discreet setting. The confidential format allows for open discussion of sensitive issues—such as investment conditions, project readiness, risk allocation, and strategic priorities—without concerns about external disclosure. These builds trust early in the process and encourages frank, solution-oriented dialogue.

With participation limited to key decision-makers, discussions remain focused and efficient. Potential deals can be pre-screened prior to the Roadshow, strategic alignments tested, and preliminary understandings reached. As a result, the subsequent Roadshow becomes more targeted and outcome-driven, moving beyond introductory exchanges toward more advanced negotiations.
