EU–Tanzania Investment Roadshow: Information Sessions

We are pleased to invite you to an online information session on 2 September 2026, from 14:00 to 16:00 CET, dedicated to the upcoming EU–Tanzania Investment and Business Forum 2026-2027.
Taking place in two phases — with three thematic roadshows across Europe from 28 September to 6 October 2026, followed by a high-level forum in Dar es Salaam in early 2027 — the initiative will showcase Tanzania’s growing investment potential and strategic role as a gateway to East Africa.
This information session will provide an overview of the three thematic European Roadshows:
- Finland – Helsinki: 28 September 2026
- Italy – Cesena: 1 October 2026
- Netherlands – The Hague: 5 October 2026
Focus on High-Potential Sectors
The Roadshows focus on three priority sectors:
- Agriculture and Agribusiness
- Critical Minerals Value Chains
- Digital Innovation and Fintech
Renewable Energy & Transport and Logistics will be addressed as cross-cutting enabling sectors
What to Expect from the Online Session
During this session, participants will receive:
- An overview of EU–Tanzania Investment and Business Forum programme and objectives
- Insights into Tanzania’s investment opportunities, potential projects, and evolving business environment
- Information on matchmaking opportunities with Tanzanian and European companies, investors, and institutions
- Guidance on how to prepare for and maximise participation in the Forum, including:
- Registration procedures
- Completion of organisational profiles
- Identification of relevant business and investment opportunities
- Scheduling bilateral meetings
The session will also provide an opportunity to ask questions and learn how the Forum can support your organisation’s engagement with Tanzania.
