Information
AUDA-NEPAD (African Union Development Agency – New Partnership for Africa’s Development) is the African Union’s technical development and implementation agency, mandated to translate continental frameworks such as Agenda 2063 into concrete programmes and projects across the continent. Working with AU Member States, Regional Economic Communities, development partners, and the private sector, AUDA-NEPAD advances sustainable development, regional integration, and economic transformation. Among its flagship programmes is SIFA (Skills Initiative for Africa), supported by the European Union and BMZ, which strengthens market-relevant skills development and youth employability. Through its Financial Cooperation window, SIFA is currently implementing innovative skills projects in eight African countries.
