Company Description
260 Brands is a Zambian consumer goods manufacturer creating nutritious, affordable products from local ingredients. With brands like Nutramilk and Golden Goodness, it champions sustainability, innovation, and job creation while striving to end malnutrition and promote “Taste the Good Life” across Africa.
Team
260 Brands, the name inspired by Zambia's international telephone code, is led by Mr. Gaurav Vijayvargiya, supported by Mr. Rupen Rudra (CFO) and Mr. Anand Manda (CCO). Norfund has recently invested $10m in exchange for 26% of equity to grow the company, under the Nourish Africa project, enabling us to launch Zambia's first plant based milk made from Zambian sourced soybean, and the first organic certified soya milk in Africa. We further plan to expand our food division under Nourish Africa, to store an additional 15,000 MT of commodity, and process up to 45,000 MT of consumer food and beverage products to combat malnutrition, increase exports and support a farm-shelf business model

Project Pitch
Nourish Africa. Nourish Africa is 260 Brands’ bold expansion to scale nutrition and impact across the continent. With a new 15,000MT storage facility and enhanced processing capacity of over 45,000MT per year, we are strengthening Africa’s food value chain while creating hundreds of additional jobs. Our model is rooted in local sourcing and farmer partnerships, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality, African-grown crops. These are transformed in our world-class factories into affordable, nutritious products under trusted brands like Nutramilk, Golden Goodness, and Seba’s Thobwa. Distribution is powered through a robust logistics network, regional depots, and strategic retail partnerships, enabling us to reach consumers across Zambia and key regional markets including Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique, Ethiopia, and Congo DRC. Nourish Africa operates on a “farm-to-family” approach: Farmers benefit from reliable markets, training, and premiums for quality. Consumers access safe, nutritious, and affordable foods. Communities gain jobs and long-term food security. By combining innovation, sustainability, and scale, Nourish Africa is not just about feeding people—it’s about nourishing Africa’s future.
