Project Pitch
Sweet Waters Farms Limited is an environmentally conscious Zambian import and export management company dedicated to transforming agriculture through collaboration with carefully selected small-scale out-growers who produce premium, chemical-free fruits and vegetables.
The company is seeking €3,250,000 in funding to acquire a state-of-the-art food processing plant, enabling the expansion into fruit juice production, freezing, and canning—unlocking access to new domestic and export markets.
The plant operates off-grid, powered by a self-sustaining solar energy system and supported by a high-quality water reticulation network, ensuring low operational costs and environmental sustainability. The facility is fully owned, free from liabilities or external debt, offering solid financial security.
The business model prioritizes excellence: only top-grade produce is selected and supplied to premium clients, including airlines, high-end hotels, fast-food chains, restaurants, and lodges located within national parks. Sweet Waters Farms also packages and distributes to Woolworths and other select supermarkets, maintaining a reputation for exceptional quality.
To maximize efficiency and reduce waste, produce not selected for premium clients is repackaged and sold to other restaurants and supermarkets, ensuring that every harvest is fully utilized.
