His Royal Highness Chief Dr Mumena is Chief of the Kaonde people domicile in Kalumbila District of the North Western Province of Zambia. He has once served as the Chairperson of the House of Chiefs in Zambia. Currently he is the Chairperson of the NWP Council of Chiefs. He is also the Patron of Habitat for Humanity Zambia Chapter.
