edi Välba is the CEO and Board Member of the Estonian software company Aktors, one of the creators of Estonia’s groundbreaking data exchange platform X-Road. Aktors develops mission-critical software solutions for e-government, justice, financial, and defence sectors, helping governments deliver secure, transparent, and citizen-focused digital services. Beyond her role at Aktors, Kedi serves as Vice President of the Estonian ICT Association and contributes actively to European and global digital initiatives. She is a member of the EU’s Global Gateway Business Advisory Group and the current Chair for Europe at D4D Hub Private Sector Advisory Group, where she advocates for private–public collaboration and sustainable digital transformation worldwide.
