I am Alexander Morgan Chege, Head of the ICT Unit at Civil Registration Services Kenya, where I lead national CRS digitalization projects and oversee the development and deployment of the eCRVS system. With over a decade of experience in ICT systems, I specialize in aligning technology with public service goals. I hold an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from KCA University, a Diploma in Technical Education (Computer Studies), and have completed the Senior Management Course at the Kenya School of Government. I also serve on the Data Protection Committee at the State Department of Immigration and Citizen Services, contributing to policy development and compliance.
