Short Description: This session looks at GovStack as the practical DPI implementation framework for human centric public e-services, with a focus on real progress made in Kenya. Over the past year, Kenyan partners worked with Estonian experts to build public services from scratch using GovStack principles. These services cut turnaround times, open access for women, youth, and people with limited mobility, and give government teams real time data for planning and service delivery.

Main objectives: The session shows how GovStack’s building block approach creates reusable foundations that can scale across sectors without locking institutions into legacy systems.
