Tsholo Mogotsi is the Chief Partnerships Officer at the Youth Employment Service (YES), South Africa’s national public–private partnership for youth employment mandated through the Presidency. He leads strategic partnerships with government, business, development agencies, funders, education institutions and international organisations, driving collaboration that expands the reach and impact of YES’s mission to create meaningful youth employment pathways. Tsholo has 30 years of experience across business, government, civil society and entrepreneurship. He began his career in the IT sector — including co-founding a successful start-up — and has spent the past two decades in sustainable development through roles at the Nelson Mandela Foundation, the City of Johannesburg’s Economic Development Department and, currently, YES. His work is anchored in high-impact partnerships, creative problem-solving and the strategic management of innovation.
