I currently serve as Managing Director of X-Infotech Africa - the regional arm of X-Infotech, a Baltic-rooted fintech and govtech group headquartered in Riga, Latvia. Our portfolio spans core banking, payment infrastructure, digital identity and document solutions, card issuance, and AML/compliance tools, with active delivery across Kenya, Rwanda and wider East Africa. My previous assignments include serving as lead on the Angola national passport project, and contributing to electronic border crossing deployments in Rwanda since 2016. Earlier work spans card personalisation, PKI rollouts and national document systems across several African markets.
