Field Visit Logistics

All field visits will depart by bus from the main drop-off and pick-up area of Hilton Addis Ababa. Dedicated event assistants will be on-site to guide and support participants throughout the process.

• Departure time: 09:00 sharp (please arrive early)
• Registration: First come, first served
• Capacity: Maximum of 50 participants per field visit

Parking Information

• Hotel guests may use the Hilton car park
• External participants can park at Unity Park Car Park, located less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel entrance
